What products do you manufacture?
Our range includes stainless steel doors, pure copper doors, steel-copper doors and stainless steel products.
Can you manufacture from my drawings or samples?
Yes. Drawing- and sample-based customization is supported, alongside OEM and ODM cooperation. Share your specifications for a technical review.
Can I mix models or customize packaging?
Mixed model orders are supported. Neutral packaging and custom logo or label packaging can be discussed during quotation.
What should I send for a quotation?
Include drawings, dimensions, materials, quantities, destination, preferred trade terms and timing. Add finish, hardware and packaging requirements where relevant.
What are the reference lead times?
Samples usually take 10–20 days and bulk production usually takes 27–41 days. Confirm the schedule with our team for your specification and order quantity.
Which trade terms and shipping options are available?
EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP can be discussed. Shipment options include air, sea and express, with ports coordinated according to the order.
Can you provide certification documents?
Discuss ISO, CE, RoHS and other documentation requirements with our team. Confirm the documents applicable to the product and intended market before ordering.
Can we sign an NDA?
NDA support is available before cooperation for confidential drawings and project information.
What payment methods can I discuss?
T/T, L/C, PayPal and Alibaba Trade Assurance are listed among the available methods. Confirm the agreed payment terms for your order.
What support is available after delivery?
PDF manuals, videos and remote training can be discussed. Warranty support includes return or replacement handling for confirmed quality issues under the agreed terms.
